DAKboard 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from DAKboard, LLC for any reason, you have thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA).
To qualify for a replacement or refund for physical products such as the DAKboard Wall Display or DAKboard CPU, all the following conditions must be met:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested within thirty (30) days of your purchase date. To request an RMA, please contact us
- The serial number of your DAKboard Wall Display or DAKboard CPU must be verified by DAKboard, LLC for date of purchase. The serial number can be found in the following locations:
- On the exterior of the original packaging.
- If the serial number cannot be found, please contact us
- Once a serial number has been submitted to DAKboard, LLC for RMA request, that product will no longer qualify for any other guarantee or warranty.
- Returned Product must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and in original packaging.
- All accessories originally included with your Product must be included with your return.
- Only one (1) DAKboard Wall Display or DAKboard CPU per RMA request. Only one (1) DAKboard Wall Display or DAKboard CPU per RMA shipping package. If more than one (1) DAKboard Wall Display or DAKboard CPU is included with the RMA request or shipping package then only one (1) DAKboard Wall Display or DAKboard CPU will be replaced or refunded.
The Consumer shall bear the cost of return shipping to DAKboard, LLC. Only one (1) DAKboard Wall Display or DAKboard CPU shall be shipped per package (per above required conditions). DAKboard, LLC will offer the Consumer one of the following options upon receipt and verification of returned product:
- An equivalent replacement product. DAKboard, LLC shall bear the cost of shipping a replacement to the Consumer.
- A refund for the original purchase price plus applicable taxes (minus original shipping & handling costs and 7% restocking fee).
To qualify for a refund for digital products such as a DAKboard Premium subscription, all the following conditions must be met:
- An email request must be sent to our support team within thirty (30) days of your purchase date requesting a refund.
GUARANTEE TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
If you return Product to DAKboard, LLC (a) without an RMA request or (b) without all parts included in the original package or (c) with multiple products in one return package; DAKboard, LLC retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or refuse replacement or refund.
Refunds will be processed and paid within two (2) weeks of DAKboard, LLC receipt and verification of return product.
