DAKboard 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from DAKboard, LLC for any reason, we offer a return process within (30) days from the date of purchase.  Purchases made during the Holiday Season (November 16th through December 23rd) are eligible for return through January 22nd the following year.

 

Physical Products

To qualify for a replacement or refund for physical products such as the DAKboard Wall Display or DAKboard CPU, all the following conditions must be met:

  1. The return must be requested within thirty (30) days of your purchase date.
  2. The Order number must be included on a piece of paper inside the return box.
  3. Returned Product must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and in original packaging.
  4. All accessories originally included with your Product must be included with your return.

For products received damaged, a return request must be filed within 48 hours of delivery for approval.

For all contiguous 48 States, a shipping label will be provided and a flat shipping rate of 8.95 will be deducted from the return amount.  Returns outside of the contiguous 48 States must be facilitated by the customer, and instructions when the return is approved will be sent.

DAKboard, LLC will offer the Consumer one of the following options upon receipt and verification of returned product:

    • A refund for the original purchase price plus applicable taxes (minus original shipping & handling costs and 10% restocking fee). The refund may be credited back via the original purchase method and/or a gift card for store credit.
    • If the item is product is deemed defective by DAKboard, LLC, an equivalent replacement product will be offered. DAKboard, LLC shall bear the cost of shipping a replacement to the Consumer.


How to submit a return request

Click the Log in link at the top of this page:
   

  1. In the Email field, enter your email address used to place your order, and then click Continue.

  2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

  3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

  4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

  5. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

  6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

  7. Click Request return.

 

Digital Products

  • To qualify for a refund for digital products such as a DAKboard subscription , A request must be sent to our support team within thirty (30) days of your purchase date requesting a refund. To do so, please create a support ticket.
  • For additional screen purchases, a request must be sent within thirty (30) days of your purchase date after the screen has been created. The screen must be deleted from dakboard.com when the request is created. The prorated amount for the remaining time for that screen will be refunded. To do so, please create a support ticket.

Refunds can only be credited via the original purchase method and only in US dollars.

 

GUARANTEE TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

If you return Product to DAKboard, LLC (a) without an RMA request or (b) without all parts included in the original package or (c) with multiple products in one return package; DAKboard, LLC retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or refuse replacement or refund.

Refunds will be processed and paid within two (2) weeks of DAKboard, LLC receipt and verification of return product.
