Duties and Fees

For shipping outside the contiguous 48 US States destination countries may charge taxes or import/customs fees and unfortunately, DAKboard has no visibility or control over this. Please check with the local customs office for more details.

 

Postal Delivery

To keep shipping costs to a minimum, shipments from DAKboard may take up to 21 days to arrive if shipped via U.S. Postal Service (USPS).  Micro SD Cards and CPUs are frequently shipped via USPS due to their size and weight.

When shipping outside of the U.S., the USPS tracking will likely stop reporting when the shipment enters the destination country. For Canada and Australia, orders may be tracked with Canadian and Australian Post, respectively, using the same tracking number provided by USPS. For all other countries, please contact the local post office for updated tracking. 

 

Power

DAKboard devices are dual voltage, but will always ship with a US plug included.  A plug adapter may be safely used if your country does not use a US plug type.
