Tracking an order

After an order is placed an email will be sent with order confirmation details. Another email with tracking information will be sent as soon as the order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping delays

USPS, UPS and DHL are our primary shipping partners. Please keep in mind that DAKboard isn’t in control of delays or issues incurred by local couriers. In the event of any shipping-related issues please reach out to us via our Support Portal as we are more than happy to help. Note that we have to wait (5) business days from the date the item shipped before engaging the carrier. This waiting period allows for a reasonable timeframe within which any potential delivery delays or issues can be resolved by the carrier or local courier.

Delivery addresses

We will do our absolute best to validate addresses entered. With that said DAKboard can only guarantee delivery to the address provided when the order was placed, and it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the delivery address is entered accurately. Once the package has shipped the address cannot be modified.

Lost or stolen packages in transit

Our couriers do their best to ensure that deliveries are timely and to the right location. In rare cases, packages may be lost, delivered to an incorrect address, or stolen in transit. If the courier has acknowledged one of these incidents during delivery, DAKboard will send a replacement shipment or issue a refund if deemed necessary.

Stolen packages after delivery are confirmed

DAKboard will not cover packages that have been stolen after delivery has been confirmed.

Packages damaged in delivery

Upon delivery, it is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the package to determine if any damage in delivery has occurred within 72 hours. In the rare event that your product has been damaged in delivery, notify DAKboard Support and we will issue a replacement item or refund if deemed necessary.  DAKboard Support will require certain information (photos or other details about the delivery) be submitted for insurance claim purposes.
